Teriyaki-orange Pork Top Round Roast

  • 1 Top Round Roast, Two To Two & Half Pounds
  • 1/3 cup Teriyaki Stir-fry Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Orange Marmalade
  • Heat oven to 400° F. Line shallow roasting pan with foil for easy cleanup. Place pork in foil-lined pan. In small bowl stir together stir-fry sauce and marmalade, brush some over pork. Roast for 45 minutes to 1 hour, brushing with more of the sauce mixture every 20 minutes.
